After a lot of research, late nights
(and headaches), I have discovered the answer to this problem. After a
Microsoft Office 365 back-end update, the system is causing duplicate e-mails
in user mailboxes.
They are expected to provide us a fix/update
on Tuesday 10/09/2018 8:00 pm UTC.
