Security
We highly recommend installing the Microsoft Authenticator App. This is an MFA (multi-factor authentication) device which provides stronger MFA protections than text message codes. Microsoft Authenticator is a useful tool that supports passwordless logins (which are more secure) for Microsoft apps such as Office, OneDrive, and Outlook. It also supports soft token codes which are time-based one-time passwords.

Microsoft Office brings you Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all in one app. Take advantage of a seamless experience with Microsoft tools on the go with the Office app, the simple solution for productivity.

Storage
Microsoft OneDrive keeps your photos and files backed up, protected, synced, and accessible on all your devices. This OneDrive app lets you view and share OneDrive files, documents, and photos with friends and family. Plus, you can use the app to automatically back up your phone’s photos and videos. Start with 5 GB of free cloud storage or upgrade to a Microsoft 365 subscription to get 1 TB of storage.
