Ticketing System

We use a fully managed client management system (CRM) which is integrated into our ticketing system to allow us to fully document and manage all our current projects, quotes, service requests, billing questions, and other events.

  • (1) This ticket system allows us to keep track of any open work that needs to be address for you. This includes responding to existing work, scheduling, quotes and billing questions.
  • (2) When you e-mail into our system, it will generate a ticket number which will allow you and us to keep track of the progress. Once you e-mail our system, it will automatically generate and return e-mail you the generated ticket number.
  • (3) Very important, if you currently have an existing ticket number opened for an item, it is extremely important to reply to that ticket e-mail while not altering the subject or e-mail recipient. You can only update the body of that e-mail with your reply.
  • (4) There is no need to also e-mail us personally. Our ticketing system will automatically copy the e-mail to everyone in our office to ensure your service request is handled.
  • (5) Tickets can be either for non-billable or billable events.
