Scam Alert: this is not Apple related but there is a scam going on right now. This is a telephone call claiming your Apple ID has been compromised and they are “Apple”. The caller ID will appear as Apple, Inc. Hang up the call. Apple will never call you. The call originates from 502-326-2840 and recording states to call their toll-free number at 360-203-0999. Red-flag #1 is Apple will never call you. Red-flag #2 is that a toll-free number is not 360 area code (that is a Washington area code) and 502 area code is Louisville, Kentucky.
