This booking page allows you to schedule a time with our IT Technician. They will be able to provide you assistance with the following services:

-==FOR EXISTING CLIENTS==-
- -> New Request: make sure to open a support ticket by emailing Support@USServiceCenter.com prior to booking appointment.
- -> Existing Request: write the ticket number for booking the appointment. Ticket number is after the “TKT-” from the subject line.
- -> If you currently have a project, scheduling is handled by your account manager. Contact them directly to schedule your appointment.

Please note, booking calendar only lead 30-days in advance for tech support. Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. In some circumstances, bookings will need to be adjusted based on unforeseen I.T. service emergencies and staff scheduling. If there are any changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You agree to our appointment policy when booking your appointment.
Our normal service hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
If your message is received after business hours, expect a reply within 2 days, excluding holidays and weekends.
