Click on START, then begin typing, “assist”, Quick Assist will show up.
Click to open and enter the Code we provide you into the Code From Assistant field in the Get Assistance window.
Then click on the Share Screen button.
After clicking on Share Screen, you will see this message.
We will then request your permissions to share your screen.
Once the session has completed, we will disconnect and this message will appear on your screen.
